Please contact PrivatePod’s Customer Satisfaction Department for return authorization: support@privatepod.com. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number via email to include in the return shipping address.
Package up your items
Be sure to include the original packing slip or a print-out of your order confirmation email.
Ship Items
Send products to:1931 Santa Anita Ave. South El Monte, CA 91733. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your credit (excluding original shipping fees) within 1-2 business days. Sorry, but Privatepod is not responsible for items lost in transit.
