We offer free shipping for all orders within the Contiguous US EXCEPT TO PO BOXES.

P.O box addresses are required to choose USPS Priority Mail at checkout. To avoid this shipping charge, please enter a valid street address.

If you place an order with a PO Box, you will be contacted to either pay for shipping and it may cause severe delays in processing your order.

**Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot make any promises to shipping speed. We do not recommend expedited shipping as many carriers are extending their promised delivery time and are experiencing delays. We will not refund any shipping costs for the delays caused by carriers. Please refer to the notes on carriers’ website for a better understanding of these delays.

All orders (except pre-orders) will be processed within 2-4 business days. The delivery time for your orders will be 3-10 days, depending on the location and carriers’ situation.

You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has shipped.


After the order is shipped, please wait 24 to 48 hours for the armor to completely update the tracking number on the carrier's system. Please note that your order is actually on the road and the status of the tracking number may not update as soon as it leaves our warehouse. After this, you can track the order on the postal website of the given carrier.

Promotional & Discount Codes

Due to prerequisites for certain promotional codes, we do not allow partial refunds for forgotten promotional codes at checkout. Coupons received after your purchase are exclusively for future orders and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

Wrong Address

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered is correct. We will do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so always contact our Customer Service Team to correct wrong shipping addresses entered at checkout. If you think the delivery address provided is wrong, please contact us immediately.
If the product is returned because of the wrong address you provided, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Package lost or stolen

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, around the fences near your house or behind bushes that surround your porch. If you still cannot locate your package, report to the respective shipping company. If you have any questions about this, please contact our customer support team.

Unless the return is due to Alvantor's error, the item is damaged or defective originally, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Please report to us if there are any damages or defective products within 72 hours upon receiving the order. If the length is prolonged to over 72 hours, we will help you repair with 1 year limited warranty.

If the product is returned because of the wrong address you provided, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

In the following cases, the refund amount will be reduced by 20% as the original shipping cost and restock fee:
  • Order/ item rejected on delivery
  • Unauthorized return
  • Received more than 30 days ago
  • Cancel the order after fulfillment or request a return after shipping without products quality issues
